Terms and Conditions for The Village Play Company

By booking or attending a class with The Village Play Company, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to ensure a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment for all families.
1. Booking & Payment
- Spaces are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
- We accept payment via Stripe.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. While refunds are not available, we’ll try our best to offer an alternative session.
- Refunds are not given for missed sessions unless session is cancelled by leader.
- If we need to cancel a session (e.g. due to illness or venue issues), we’ll offer a reschedule or refund.
3. Health & Safety
- You are responsible for your child and their wellbeing at all times during the session.
- Please inform us of any allergies, health conditions, or special requirements in advance.
- Do not attend if you or your child are unwell or showing signs of a contagious illness.
4. Photography & Sharing
- We sometimes take photos during sessions to celebrate our magical moments. These will only be shared on social media or promotional materials with your prior consent.
- You are welcome to take photos of your own child, but please be mindful not to include other children in the photos.
5. Behaviour & Respect
- The Village Play Company is a nurturing space. We ask all participants to treat each other with kindness and respect.
- Disruptive behaviour that affects the experience of others may lead to a request to leave the session.
6. Liability
- While we take every care to create a safe environment, participation is at your own risk.
- The Village Play Company cannot accept responsibility for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage to property or persons during the sessions, except where required by law.
7. Changes to Sessions
- Activities and content may be adapted to suit the group or individual needs on the day. We aim to keep things exciting, enriching, and flexible.
